 Since its inception, Fite Development Company has helped build, lease and manage more than five (5) million square feet of industrial, office and commercial space. By 1998, the Fite Development Company was managing approximately two (2) million square feet and owning or controlling more than 1000 acres of vacant land in Sacramento and Stockton areas.
